Garden Groups
We ask groups with 8 or more people to pre-book to tell us when you are planning to visit.
We can prepare a Welcome Pack for you with garden maps, information in your own language (if available) and entrance tickets and let your group into the garden without any delays.
Please Note: If you wish to hold an event, group meditation, ritual or ceremony in the garden, then you will need to consider applying for a Private Access visit which is available either before the gardens open or after they close (seasonal variations apply). Please note we only offer 3 private access visits per week, so please ensure you apply a minimum of 6 weeks in advance. If you would prefer to explore a Private Access request to the garden instead of accessing during our public opening hours, then please do let us know and we will be pleased to provide information.
Garden Groups
STEP 1: Please choose the correct group in the above tabs and fill in the details. We recommend, if you are unsure of numbers, that you book your expected minimum number as we are unable to process refunds on day-tickets due to processing fees.
PLEASE NOTE: On Event Days, we have Free Entry until 11.30am. If your arrival will be before 11.30am on Events Days, you do not need to Pre-Book.
STEP 2: All groups will be sent an invoice within 3-5 days of booking. Payments can be made by Debit/Credit card over the phone with our Reception Office team, or in person at the Office for cash or card payments. We also accept payments in advance of your booking by bank transfer to our Co-Operative Bank Account.

STEP 3: Please check your booking confirmation which you will receive automatically by email. This will give you:
- Instructions for your arrival
- An order summary
- Payment Information (For tour and school groups)
If you have brought more visitors than you originally booked for you can pay the difference on the day, alternatively when you make your payment in advance, you can let us know.
This is for booking groups not part of a school or tour group organisation.
