Volunteers are cherished for their commitment and service to Chalice Well. We are blessed with many wonderful people who give their time freely and support our staff team. 
 
Chalice Well unites many volunteers of all ages, experience and background. We are a friendly and happy team, all motivated to do the best that we possibly can for the Chalice Well and for our visitors and pilgrims who visit this incredibly special place from across the globe.

We are always looking for vibrant, friendly people to welcome visitors and pilgrims from the UK and across the globe so would love the opportunity to talk to you about you potentially becoming part of our family of Volunteers.

How does it work?

  • Pop into the Office and grab an Application Form
  • Email: volunteers@chalicewell.org.uk
  • Fill out the application form below
  • Speak to our Volunteer Coordinator either at the office or on event days
Have an initial Chat
Our volunteer coordinator will follow up on you application from to arrange an initial chat in the garden.
Training Sessions
All prospective volunteers have 3 training sessions in our gatehouse with experienced volunteers and staff
Welcome pack
Once your training is complete, you are a fully fledged volunteer and receive your welcome pack
gatehouse shifts
All new volunteers complete 3 months in our Gatehouse to get their bearings, and if there are openings, can then volunteer in other areas such as: the Garden, the Shop, Essences and the Office
