The garden offer a respite from everyday concerns, a place for connection, reflection and renewal. Each part is distinctly different – ranging from the open space of the meadow, to the intimate circle around the Wellhead. Throughout the garden there are numerous places to sit and enjoy nature, with the gentle the flow of the sacred well water accompanying your journey through the garden. From the wellhead it flows to the waterfall and healing pool and onto the flowform that oscillates at the rate of the human heart. It is possible to walk through the healing pool beside the waterfall. The trees and flowers show the changing seasons, and the spiritual presence which is so central to the Chalice Well is everywhere.
With this in mind, we ask to respect other visitors by helping us maintain the peace and quiet. Those wishing to picnic or gather in small groups are asked to do so in The Meadow, the highest point of the garden. To help us preserve the sanctity of this place, we ask you to have mobiles in airplane mode if you wish to use your phone to take photos or make notes.
Group visits during opening hours
We ask groups including school groups, and other larger groups, to email us to tell us when you are planning to visit with your group. We can prepare a Welcome Pack for you with garden maps, information on your own language and entrance tickets and let your group into the garden without any delays. Please email us to tell us the date and time you plan to visit, your language leaflet requirements and how many people are in your group. One of our Office team will contact you to confirm the arrangements for your group.
Please break up into smaller groups during your time in the garden, to respect the quiet and peaceful visits of other visitors and pilgrims. If you wish to congregate as a group, the Meadow is an ideal space to do so.

Our entrance fees are:
Adults - £5.00
Seniors (60 plus) - £4.10
Children (5 to 17 years) - £2.50
Concessions - £3.80
We have held entrance fees at 2022 prices, with no increase in 2023

For those wanting to carry out ceremonies or group meditations, you will need to book a visit to the garden outside public opening hours when you can have exclusive access. This avoids your activities being interrupted by other visitors and ensures other visitors are not disturbed by groups. Accessibility
Please be aware that we have areas with uneven terrain, cobbled paths and steps. The gatehouse at the entrance to the garden is up a cobbled path which is steep in places. If the slope is too steep, call into the office and we can arrange access via a level route.
Most areas of the garden are accessible with a wheelchair (a motorised buggy is available upon request).
Children must be supervised at all times.
Assistance & Guide Dogs
We are only able to welcome Assistance and Guide dogs to the Gardens.
