Keryda | Celtic Harp & Double Bass
Keryda is Sara Evans on the Celtic harp and Damien Papin on the double bass. They come from the Pyrenees, in the South of France.
The crystalline notes meet the grounded sound of the bass, opposites come together in harmony. Their music is inspired from traditional tunes around Europe and it links into their original compositions. Notes from the Atlantic to the Mediterranean Sea come together to offer a relaxing and enchanted musical journey.
This is going to be a very special evening of musical magic.
Last time they performed at Chalice Well, Sara and Damien played a chilled out, ambient set with brief touches of jazz. This time they’re going to pick things up a bit more, so expect some smooth grooves.
